Step into the shadows of history at The Parkside, located at 201 West Spring Street in the legendary oil town of Titusville, Pennsylvania. Once a bustling YMCA built in 1913, this 21,000-square-foot, four-story landmark has borne witness to over a century of transformation, tragedy, and spiritual intrigue.
Long before its recent rebirth, The Parkside stood among grand hotels, opera houses, and theaters—structures weathered by fire, flood, and decay. During Titusville’s oil boom, the building even hosted gatherings of the Titusville Spiritual Society, adding a spectral layer to its already storied past. Now, you’re invited to walk its halls and uncover what remains hidden.

- Base Price: $300 (Friday & Saturday) for up to 10 guests
- Additional Guests: $30 per person (Maximum 20 total)
