Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event Ticket Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, you may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellations made 25–72 hours before the event are eligible for a one-time transfer to another event of equal value.
- If the replacement event costs more, the price difference is the attendee’s responsibility.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the event may not qualify for a refund or transfer, but a gift certificate may be issued.

Important Announcement
As of July 1, 2026, The Parkside is being sold. The new owners have decided that KSPT and Paranormal Nights at The Parkside do not fit their plans, and we have been asked to leave.
We’re grateful to the previous owner for five unforgettable years.
Thank you for your support. KSPT isn’t going anywhere. We hope to host paranormal events again soon.
