Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Ticket Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, you may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the event.

• Cancellations made 25–72 hours before the event are eligible for a one-time transfer to another event of equal value.
• If the replacement event costs more, the price difference is the attendee’s responsibility.
• Requests made within 24 hours of the event may not qualify for a refund or transfer, but a gift certificate may be issued.
