WHAT DO WE DO?
Kindred Spirits Paranormal Team (KSPT) is a group of certified Paranormal Investigators and Medium dedicated to exploring locations with unexplained paranormal activity, including private homes, businesses, and historical sites. The team prides itself on professionalism and respect for both the living and the deceased.
Their investigations begin with a thorough historical and environmental research of the location to understand its background and any previous reports of paranormal activity. During the investigation, they use a blend of scientific and spiritual methods, employing a variety of equipment such as electronic devices, spirit boxes, REM pods, EMF readers, MEL meters, full-spectrum video cameras, night vision and thermographic cameras, digital recorders, dowsing rods, and pendulums.
The team sets up static cameras to capture any visual evidence and conducts EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) sessions to communicate with spirits. They also use their mediums to connect with any entities present, providing a spiritual perspective to their findings. Throughout the investigation, they document all activities meticulously, ensuring that every piece of evidence is analyzed thoroughly.
Their mission is to uncover answers from the deceased and provide comfort and understanding to those experiencing hauntings. They aim to validate the experiences of those affected by paranormal activity and offer solutions or explanations to help them find peace. KSPT also educates the public about paranormal phenomena, promoting a better understanding of the unknown.

KSPT approached the owner, resulting in an intriguing paranormal investigation that unveiled the building’s haunted past. Located at 201 West Spring Street in the historic oil town of Titusville, PA, The Parkside offers an exclusive adventure like no other. With its 21,000-square-foot expanse, four stories, and origins as a YMCA built in 1913, the building is steeped in history and mystery. Before its transformation, there were grand hotels, operas houses and theaters that endured crumbling roofs, fires, and floods—chilling tales waiting for you to uncover. During that oil era, the hotel would host the Titusville Spiritual Society's meetings and events.
