Return and Refund policy:

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Must provide proof of purchase.
Claims deemed an error on KSPT's part are covered at their expense. A full refund or an item exchange will be provided.

The return address is listed below. When KSPT receives a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Refund policy: Event ticket purchases.

Unless specified differently, you may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event date and time. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event can be transferred to a different date or time for another same price event. You will be responsible for the price difference if you choose another event at a different price. However, requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or transfer. A gift certificate will be provided.
